My background includes over 14 years of experience within the customer service industry. I have held positions in a call-center, food service and the retail industry. Currently I work for The Hartford Insurance Company in the Group Benefits Department. My responsibilities include coordinating with the customer to ensure that all required information is received as well as assisting the customer with the technology and self-service options available to them.  I also currently hold a position in the retail industry as a Lead Cashier for Ulta Beauty. My responsibilities include processing merchandise returns, handling cash and credit transactions and assisting customers in all of their beauty needs.

 

Previously I worked within the restaurant industry as a short-order cook, a waitress and a bartender. My responsibilities included preparing diner style food, delivering food and beverages to customers, resolving customer complaints and handling cash and credit transactions.

 

In addition to my customer service experience, I also possess strong proficiencies in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Finally I maintain accomplished leadership skills as well as the ability to work one or one or with a group to accomplish a task. While I have little formal experience related to event planning, I am a highly organized person. I am able to prioritize tasks as well as multi-task to ensure that I reach my goal within a specific time frame.
